2. If you wish to file a claim due to storm damage, Call your Insurance Agent
  • If, after our inspection, you decide to file a claim for the damages- you simply contact your personal insurance agent to begin the claims process.
  • Once the date and time for the formal inspection from your insurance company is scheduled- contact your ICS Claims Specialist with the date and time so that may we meet with your insurance provider to ensure that you get a fair settlement.
  • The insurance company sends you a loss summary report.

3. Notify your Claims Specialist of the Insurance Inspection date and time
  • Once the date and time for the formal inspection from your insurance company is scheduled- contact your ICS Claims Specialist with the date and time so that may we meet with your insurance provider to ensure that you get a fair settlement.
4. Follow up with your insurance company
  • The insurance company sends you a loss summary report.
5. Project Planning
  • Give a Copy of your loss summary report to your Claims Specialist
  • Your Claims Specialist reviews the loss summary report to ensure the agreed- upon scope of damages is complete and accurate
  • You select a shingle color and brand
  • You and your Claims Specialist determine a construction date that best suits your schedule
  • We schedule all work to be completed in a timely and professional manner
6. Work in progress
  • Materials are delivered
  • Your Project Manager oversees the entire process
  • Upon completion, the work will be surveyed by the Claims Specialist and homeowner to ensure quality and satisfaction.
